1. Security deposit Rs. 20,000/-to be paid 15 days before the event along with the balance amount.

2. Generator charges Rs. 5,000/-

3. In case of power cut Rs. 2,300/- per hour for generator fuel charges.

4. In case of any damage to the property by the guest’s or the vendors will be charged with the actual cost.

5. Additional requirement’s need to be informed 3 days before the event and it will be charged additionally

6. Housekeeping will be provided for cleaning rooms, toilets and arranging furniture any additional housekeepers will be charged separately.

7. Caters/Clientis responsible forthe cooking vessels, kitchen cleanup and need to carry the garbage bags.

8. BBMP garbage segregation (wet and dry waste) charges Rs. 5,000/-

9. Gas cylinders will be charged with the current price.

10. Electricity with power backup only for In-house lighting.

10. Chili light décor for garden area will be charged additional.

11. Management is not responsible for any theft or burglary at the venue.

12. Outside décor is not allowed.

13. No Refund in any circumstances.
