Security deposit Rs. 20,000\/-to be paid 15 days before the event along with the balance amount.<\/p><p>2. Generator charges Rs. 5,000\/-<\/p><p>3. In case of power cut Rs. 2,300\/- per hour for generator fuel charges.<\/p><p>4. In case of any damage to the property by the guest&#8217;s or the vendors will be charged with the actual cost.<\/p><p>5. Additional requirement&#8217;s need to be informed 3 days before the event and it will be charged additionally<\/p><p>6. Housekeeping will be provided for cleaning rooms, toilets and arranging furniture any additional housekeepers will be charged separately.<\/p><p>7. Caters\/Clientis responsible forthe cooking vessels, kitchen cleanup and need to carry the garbage bags.<\/p><p>8. BBMP garbage segregation (wet and dry waste) charges Rs. 5,000\/-<\/p><p>9. Gas cylinders will be charged with the current price.<\/p><p>10. Electricity with power backup only for In-house lighting.<\/p><p>10. Chili light d\u00e9cor for garden area will be charged additional.<\/p><p>11. Management is not responsible for any theft or burglary at the venue.<\/p><p>12. Outside d\u00e9cor is not allowed.<\/p><p>13.
